We'll begin with a flowing Vinyasa sequence, moving through simple yet effective poses that challenge the body but quiet the mind. We'll focus on linking breath with movement and building heat in the body to prepare for the Kundalini portion of the class.
In the Kundalini segment, we'll work with the energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine, known as Kundalini Shakti. We'll use breathwork, chanting and specific poses and movements to awaken this enegry and move it up through chakras, bring the state of heightened awareness and spiritual connection.
This is class is suitable for all levels. Whether you are looking to deepen your yoga practice, connect with your inner power, or simply get a bit of work out, this class has something for everyone.
